Returns. 

Please refer to the size guide before making a purchase. We do not do exchanges or returns. Returns won't be accepted if you have chosen the wrong size or changed your mind. 


“Just the tip”: If you can't figure out what size you are, get the missus to help you. If you don't have a missus… well that's probably why you're buying these. 


Damaged goods:

If your undies are ripped or have a skid stain that's not yours inside, send us an email with a photo and description of the problem. We will get you sorted. 

Lost in the post: 

We take great care with the handling of your purchase. We use New Zealand Courier. If you're concerned that it may get lost on the way, select the tracking option when selecting your postage options. If you haven’t selected this option and somehow New Zealand Courier loses your parcel, send us an email and we will try to track this down for you!
